Delivery

Once you have selected your products, it's time to tell us where you want them sent. Whomever you are buying for, Prepare 2 Survive will deliver most items to any address in Australia and surrounding countries. Country and international orders are more than welcome.

Standard Delivery Costs

Standard Delivery to businesses and residential addresses within each State or Territory incurs a fixed cost for all items, regardless of their destination within that State or Territory. All items are sent via Australia Post. Delivery is generally 5 working days or less.

Express Delivery Costs

Express Delivery to businesses and residential addresses within each State or Territory incurs a fixed cost for all items, regardless of their destination within that State or Territory. All items are sent via Australia Post Express Service.

International Delivery

International delivery to businesses and residential addresses also incurs a fixed cost for all items, regardless of their destination. All items are sent via Australia Post. Delivery times may vary but we will try to email you an estimate when the goods are sent.

Product availability

Some products may not be 'in-stock' at the time of ordering. If this is the case we will inform you and ask if you want your whole order held until they arrive and the time we expect the out of stock items to arrive from suppliers.

If you select a number of products and one of them cannot be posted until later than the others, you can have the entire order delivered together as soon as all the products are available, or you can receive the products that are available now, and the remaining product once it becomes available.

Payment

When you are ready to finalise payment on your purchase, you have a couple of options.

Credit Card

Purchasing online with your credit card is the simplest and most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and we bill the purchase to your account.

• Prepare 2 Survive accepts the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard.
• our online payment system at p2s.com.au is completely safe, as all of your credit card details are encrypted.

All international orders must be paid for by credit card or Paypal. Orders from Indonesia and other countries with a high incidence of credit card fraud will be required to pay using other means.

Offline Payment

If you are still not comfortable purchasing online, that's fine. Select one of the 'Offline Payment by Mail, Phone or Fax' options on the Payment page. A page will appear with the details of your order. Print this page out and choose your preferred payment option.

• mail - mail the printed purchase order, together with payment details, to the address on the order.
• phone - you can talk to one of our  representatives, who will gladly take your order and credit card details over the phone.
• fax - fax the printed purchase order, together with payment details, to the number on the order.

Payit@Post

Prepare 2 Survive now offers a third option for those customers who are still concerned about buying over the internet. Now you can pay for any of the products in our store at any Australia Post outlet anywhere in Australia. Select the Payit@Post option and a special receipt will be printed, follow the instructions and take the receipt to any Australia Post outlet where they will be able to accept payment [More Info].

Goods & Services Tax (GST) on international orders

All the prices include the Australian GST of 10%. For international orders this will be automatically deducted at the checkout.

Receipt

At the end of the payment process you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your receipt number. This page can be printed for your reference. You can also request an email confirming this receipt number as soon as your order has been finalised.
